These Supply Kits are created to make an easier choice for those who have invested in my PDF Tutorials or are taking my online workshops on "Ecoprinting on Leather" either with me or a Fiber show. (www.ThesilkThread.com/workshops)


They are designed with the idea that  participants may have none of the supplies or already have many of them. 


*Please note that in Kit 5, I am including 2 carrier cloths that are pre-dyed in a dark blue/black, even purple range for ease of use! All you have to do is dampen them per the instructions.


*Please also note that for my online 1 day workshops we use only the lambskin and you may choose to substitute the lambskin for the heavier cowhide in any of the kits.

Kit 3  Leather and 4 mordants     $55.00  for Natural Ecoprinting

(2) 8 x 18 lambskin

(2) 8 x18 cowhide

(4)  mordants-½ oz Titanium Oxalate, ½ oz ferrous sulfate, ½ oz Potassium Aluminum Sulfate, ½ oz copper sulfate (we do not always use all 4 mordants in a workshop!)

Kit 4 -Leather w/4 mordants  $75.00 for Natural Ecoprinting

(2) 8 x 16 lambskin

(2) 8 x 16 cowhide

(4) mordants -  ½ oz Titanium Oxalate, ½ oz ferrous sulfate, ½ oz Potassium Aluminum Sulfate, ½ oz copper sulfate plus complete mordant mixing instructions

(2) 10” wooden dowels, gloves 

•Rubber bands

•strips of wrapping

•(2) 8" x 26" practice silk

Kit 5-leather w/4 mordants,  $100.00 for Ecoprinting in Color

(2) 8" x 16 lambskin

(2) 8" x 16 cowhide (you can just substitute for kidskin if hand sewing is not an option)

(4) mordants   ½ oz Titanium Oxalate, ½ oz ferrous sulfate, ½ oz Potassium Aluminum Sulfate, ½ oz copper sulfate plus complete mordant mixing instructions
