Ecoprint on Silk in Color is a great class to introduce you to the world of ecoprinting in color using synthetic dyes and my combo mordants to achieve a fun variety of colors and beautiful imprints! It is designed to be suitable for all levels of experience! Ecoprinting uses the tannins, shapes and properties of Nature's leaves, plants and flowers to imprint those designs onto assorted substrates such as silk, wool, linen and other fibers. In this workshop you will learn the techniques of creating imprints on silk with designs in color. using my methods of color mixing and special mordant combo mixtures!

​Supplies: There are two options for my supply kit for this virtual workshop which can be found via this link. The two options are designed for those who have none of the supplies and the other for those students who have some of the items already.

• 2 re-usable dye blankets (pre-dyed by me in 2 different colors),
